INGREDIENTS |
6 Hard Boiled Eggs, ½ c. Minced Onion, ½ c. Brown Mustard, 2 t.
Blackening Spice.

DIRECTIONS |
Cut eggs in half lengthwise and scoop yellows into a bowl. Mash with a fork, then add onion, mustard,
and Blackening Spice.
Mix together till creamy and spoon back into egg whites. Arrange on a lettuce lined serving dish.
